My passion lies in improving education for students by developing our teachers and administrators. For the last 27 years I've been involved with education in varying capacities including, High School Principal, Director of Human Resources and Director of Professional Learning. I've also assumed many leadership roles in state organization and at the national level such as, CASSP President and NASSP President. Additionally, I've published several education articles and was one of the authors of the NBPTS Accomplished Principal Standards Book.With my vast experience, I now act as a private educational consultant and continue to help improve the educational system by developing teachers and administrators. My areas of emphasis are: implementing common core state standards, FRISK Documentation, how to have hard conversations, college and career readiness, outcomes based coaching in schools and school assessment techniques.
