• Follow up on the installation and commissioning of two six-tons induction furnaces and a basic oxygen furnace • Oversee projects from conception through to completion while providing technical support to the project team, managing project budgets, producing test plans and reports, and monitoring raw materials and consumables • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget• Update to higher management about the progress of the project and the expenses• Assess and analyze possible risks to the project through risk management: pursue with the supplier to minimalize the operational risks by training the operators and assisting in the preparation of consumables and spare parts • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as civil and electrical drawings, maintenance plans and production procedures based on suppliers documentations • Monitor and evaluate the key performance indicators (KPI) to comply with the expenses and the project evolution• Generate ideas and make decisions through collaborative team meetings

• Develop a tool that automatically edits and fills test final reports to optimize and facilitate aviation applications integration tests process• Collect data from HP Quality Center database and automatically edit a production activity dashboard• Conceive and design the above tool using UML and form the script with VBA and SQL programming language• Gather and analyze functional and nonfunctional requirements

• Support the design team to optimize the integration of the CDSS (Cockpit Door Surveillance System) in the cockpit• Analyze the airline companies’ requirements and adapt the design accordingly

• Develop a co-simulation tool “CosiMate” through optimization of distributed co-simulation via the integration of a new data exchange protocol• Model and simulate the integration of the exchange protocol with Matlab-Simulink. Develop the header using C and C++ programing language and integrate it into the existing code• Lead the functional analysis of the tool and ensure by a trial run that the results match the defined requirements
