Full cycle IT recruitment:• Work closely with hiring managers in different types of departments to define recruitment needs and plan process structure as such negotiate salary expectations, technical requirements and ensure achievement of hiring goals;• Identify potential professionals through hunting, makes initial contact and screens candidates using internet job boards, social media, internal resume database or referrals;• Screen, qualify and interview prospective candidates in targeted areas of expertise requests, always providing an excellent candidate experience;• Prioritize managers’ requirements in a high volume, time-sensitive environment to meet deadlines;• Make job offers, onboard new hires, developing and maintain strong, effective working relationship with them.

Recruitment and selection:• Focal point of customer demands;• Participate in the restructuring of recruitment processes;• Perform strategic alignments with customers;• Companies raising-awareness about Diversity & Inclusion;• End to end team procedures validation and monitoriment;• Monitoring the company's policies and guidelines proposing improvements and solutions;• Identify possible causes of conflicts and low productivity;• Carry out validation of medical reports in accordance with current law;• Preparation of materials for team training;• Onboard & training new hires;• Control of deadlines and distribution of tasks presenting monthly performance report.Communication:• Employer branding actions;• Develop corporate identity;• Produce and share content on company social media;• Develop projects to brand promotion.

• End to end recruitment process;• Drive recruitment process in close collaboration with key stakeholders;• Support and validation of opening positions guaranteeing the correct activities description, as well as, application of the remuneration based on the client internal salary plan;• Rase awareness companies about Brazilian Law for persons with disabilities; • Collect and presentation data sets to the HR leadership;• Development group dynamics and technical test application.

• Assist in agency opening and organization; • Welcome customers, attracting and retaining;• identify the demand brought;• Forwarding complaints;• Offer of bank loans, financing and credits;• Clarification of doubts such as balances, statements and credit cards;• Negotiate debts according to customer conditions;• Update of data in spreadsheets to achieve goals;• Support administrative activities to the agency's operational manager.
