As a barista and sales person at Ben&Jerry's Kamppi my biggest lesson was how to deal with different customers and stay positive all day even though the line could be super long (for example imagine Free Cone Day!). There is no much to describe about the ice-cream selling work itself but I'm grateful for this position because I could study business at university and work after my studies almost every day.

As a sales representative I was responsible for selling sport center memberships. I had my own clients, who I first contacted by phone and then by meeting them face to face at the sport center.
