Flexibility and professional development would be two words that describe me well. I’m able to roll with the punches as curves are thrown at me and find a way to thrive in the most challenging situations. It’s my personality to never give up and constantly strive to learn more to improve my skills and ability to perform my job.One of my biggest passions when I look at finding a career now is to work within an Administrative setting. I have a bit of experience doing this, and also many other roles where I’ve maintained professional relationships within Customer Service focused settings. Together these experiences will show that I have developed the personable and approachable attitude that you’re looking for when you want someone to be the face that welcomes people to your business and helps connect them to the service, products or staff that they need. My need to maintain organization and meet company expectations is something that you’ll quickly learn about me. I’ll give every task 110% to ensure that things are thoroughly completed and above your expectations. I’m aware that many Administrative positions wants a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (wpm), and I’m happy to report that I can type at least 60 wpm – but I’m working on increasing that speed regularly. To increase my speed and maintain my Administrative skills, I practice a variety of routine tasks that I have done in office settings within Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) programs. Doing this helps me maintain my typing speed but is also a bit of a hobby since I really love the idea of helping others with technical work and tasks. One final highlight and passion that I’ll leave for you here is my bilingual ability to communicate in English and Arabic. If you’re doing business with anyone who speaks either of these languages I will be a great asset to you – and if you don’t need that language, at least you can know that I have the patience and creativity to communicate with people who don’t speak my language and adaptability to find ways to understand what they’re trying to communicate with me.
