Personal Profile:I have a significant and successful experience at CEO/senior leadership level within the further education sector and a reputation for inspirational leadership, change management and entrepreneurship. I have a passion for promoting excellence, social justice and diversity in everything I do by inspiring people and raising their aspirations. I am a firm believer in empowering people by developing individuals and transforming organisations through collaborative/distributed leadership and coaching. My experience includes three Principalships, Vice & Deputy Principal and Director of small and large multi-cited colleges in inner city, rural and coastal settings. I have record of always improving and growing education and training whether at middle or senior leadership level. As a result of working, managing, and leading in retail and public sector organisations, and successfully opening a wide variety of branded commercial outlets which has generated a significant income whilst enriching the curriculum and promoting vocational, entrepreneurial and employment skills amongst students, has given me the experience and confidence to support and develop any type of organisation and fulfil its potential.
