I remember being 7 years old and running around in my father’s lumber yard. Who knew back then that 25 + years later I would eventually be running around that same company. Back then it was a handshake, a man’s word no internet or cell phones and he still made it all happen! Unconsciously I learned a lot from being in that old lumber yard in the 80’s and still to this day continue to learn. I think everyone should experience customer service the way it’s intended.
