• Formation of layout in the machine shop as per requirement from the process engineer. • Planning installation & commissioning of SPMs & CNC machines as per the planned layout in the machine shop to maintain 5S in & around the site. • Co-ordination with construction management team, Mechanical utility & electrical team for readiness of the buildings for installation of machines & systems. • To get the quote from supplier to raise the purchase order & follow-up the vendor payments with the support of finance team. • Strong analytic skills with the ability to work with Top management, Project Members, Consultants, Sub-Contractors with consummate ease and working in international environment. • To transfer the machines from plant to plant to achieve the production requirements with the support of team members. • Implementation and sustenance of safety standards in departmental level work at height permit to work, hot work, and contractor safety management. • To learn SAP modules using t-codes to create the purchase request & order, payment details of suppliers & raise the item code creation, to check the stocks of materials available & to create the documents. • To manage the store stocks in paint shop store to maintain the stocks & create the documents to stocks transfer availability from plant to plant. • In paint shop production to follow up with monthly requirement from the dealers. • To create the VOR order & arrange the spares to the dealers as per the customer requirement.

• Maintain & manage auto parts store inventory on daily basis. • Replenish the auto parts that are sold out. • Develop internal and external customer relationships. • Negotiate, interact and manage relationships with auto parts vendors. • Online working in CRM DMS. • Ordering for spares in CRM DMS with reference to E-cat. • Responsible for Spares entry in CRM DMS.

• Attend and understand the problems faced by the customers on daily basis. • Building up customer relationship by being a bridge between the mechanic and the customer.• Analyzing and giving clear communication to the mechanic about the problem faced by the customer.• Analyzing and making the customer to understand the correction made to solve the problems.
