About Jana Klekar

I have over 20 years of work experience, during which I worked my way up from entry-level positions to senior management, both in the Czech Republic and abroad. I have worked in various sectors, in both private and public organizations. What resonated with me the most is the field of Customer Experience, which focuses on employee and customer experience. This naturally influences company culture and the working environment. My interest in this area led me to study psychology and personal development, which eventually brought me to coaching, where I help improve both professional and personal relationships.From my international experience, I gained valuable insights into leadership. In addition to coaching and mentoring, I am also involved in lecturing and supervision.
