I manage several accounts, from estimating a single item need to multi-item projects. I walk the job through from start to finish. I oversee the delivery and invoicing of these accounts. I am a problem solver and enjoy this part of my job the most.

I handled pricing for majority of all jobs that came through the shop. I managed the outside vendors when needed on a job. I worked with all inhouse Sales and Service Representatives. Along with a miscellaneous of other day to day functions.

Managed a $1.5M print budget each year. Created and produced the marketing printed material used by the sales/svc reps that was distributed to the company's customers. Print material ranging from printed sheets to various types of advertising for the company (radio and tv advertising, billboards, various types of signage, promotional items). Assisted with a inhouse company store for sale of promotional items to employees.

Started in the Geology Department, creating a Library of the maps and logs for Geologist each summer during college. After college, handled accounts receivables and bank deposits for the company. Worked with Arthur Anderson representatives during quarterly and annual tax reviews/audits. Managed rig inventory at Crescent Plant working with each of the active rig locations throughout the years.
