 Designed and implemented a common framework using SOA/BPM platform for integration strategy with SaaS applications.  Designed and Created a Self-Service Enterprise Reporting portal for Vendor Spend, Employee Expense, P&L and Headcount data. A tool agnostic solution with role-based data security built into database layer using Oracle VPD.  Identified the opportunities and worked with cross business unit teams to consolidate and convert physical servers to virtual servers for the product line wherever possible and reduce overall cost of application ownership. Reducing the physical server’s footprint from 50 servers to 18 servers by means of virtualization and reduce annual infrastructure cost by $3M. Integrated a SaaS AI powered tool with Oracle EBS that can detect and analyze 100% of expenses across ALL expense reports, purchase card transactions and accounts payable data to identify fraud, non-compliant purchases, and wasteful spending.  Worked closely with Production support team to analyze open issues, built knowledge base for production support. Ensured that accounting month end close completes on time. Co-ordinate and communicate any planned application outages to perform different maintenance activities. Successfully led monthly release sprints using Agile methodology and achieved expertise in using tools like Jira to perform tasks such as create stories in backlog, estimate stories, work with business to plan sprint dates, prioritize stories for each sprint. Conduct daily standup meetings with the team and conduct retrospect meetings after each release to identify and apply the learnings to subsequent releases. Implemented DevOps automation tools like Git Stash, Jenkins and uDeploy to help team become more agile and move towards Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment model.

Reporting to Director, FPAIT worked as a SME in various technical and functional areas related to Finance, Accounting and Procurement business units. Selected accomplishments include: Technical team lead for the re-implementation of Oracle EBS R12 Financial, Accounting and Procure to Pay Modules. I was responsible for leading the onsite and offshore development teams along with implementation partners through CRP’s, UAT and Production Go-Live. Provided end to end guidance for R12 coding and build standards, conversion strategy, data capture/interface strategy and CEMLI analysis and work estimation and unit testing. This was a multiyear re-implementation project where Fidelity Investments modernized their ERP application along with boundary applications and retired multiple legacy Oracle EBS 11.5.10 instances.  Successfully implemented Financial Accounting Hub for around 80 custom sources.  Designed and implemented a standardized and configurable data capture framework for all inbound and outbound interfaces using Oracle PL/Sql, Informatica Workflow, Unix/ Linux Scripts and leveraging Oracle AOL object library.  Led the team of consultants to phase out legacy reporting systems, and successfully implemented a single & standardized reporting platform that delivers consistent & valuable information to Executives, Analysts & Operational business users utilizing OBIEE/Noetix Views/Noetix Analytics. Provided architecture and technical leadership for the WebCenter Imaging and BPM/SOA Platforms used by the Global Accounts Payables and Procurement teams for processing of the Firm's invoices, supplier setup requests. .  Adept in performance tuning at various layers of the technology stack like Application layer, Database layer & Operating System. Have successfully resolved numerous performance related production issues. Played SME role in Oracle EBS Financials and P2P modules.

The Corporate Information Services (GECIS) provides IT and IT enabled Services to GE Businesses across globe. As a part of Shared Sourcing Services team with in GE Corporate implemented a global Buy-to-Pay solution for all GE business groups across the world for more than 150 Orgs in 12 languages. Worked extensively on number of Development & Implementation upgrade projects from India and US. Played role of Tech Lead for Oracle EBS upgrade project from 11.5.9 -11.5.10. Selected accomplishments include Worked extensively on requirements gathering, configuration, design, development and maintenance of all RICE/FRICE/CEMLI components based on the business requirements for Oracle EBusiness Financials and P2P modules.  Followed six-sigma process methodology to implement and integrate the solutions with Buy-to-Pay solution. Responsible for analyzing the latest software releases, patches, business enhancement requests for the Buy-to-Pay system. Customized Account Generator Workflow, Requisition Approval Workflow, iExpense Report Approval Workflow using AME. Developed various interfaces like Requisition Inbound/Outbound, GL Interfaces, AR Customer/Invoice/Lockbox interfaces. Integrate third party software products like Appworx, Markview 170 system with Oracle E-Business Suite modules for better functionality and control. Coordinate with Production Control team on resolving any Application issues. Define and document transition process for Production support. Co-ordinate and perform Disaster recovery.

Worked for CISCO Systems USA. – Finance – IT Location: San Jose, California and Pune, IndiaS/W Configuration : Backend Oracle-8i/9i, Pl/SqlOS for database – UNIX, Hyperion Essbase (Datawarehousing tool), OracleApps, Dollar Universe (Job Scheduling and Monitoring tool), Alliance Remedy User (Tool for tracking client support and Maintenance cases)Brief Description : Finance-IT group in CISCO has their own portal called MyCA. They are using Hyperion Essbase as data warehousing tool. There are different data warehousing cubes which can be viewed in graphical mode through this portal with drill up/down options. Finance Analyst basically uses this data for the analytical purpose. All of these cubes get refreshed everyday or weekly or monthly depending on the type of data. Data is first extracted into oracle staging tables from there it is uploaded to Essbase database. Responsible for maintaining all the cubes and oracle jobs that refreshed this cubes. Carried out the development of Inventory cubes. This cube shows the Quantity on hand data and Transaction data for all the Cisco inventories worldwide.

Tata Share Registry is one of the leading Share Registry of India. Basically a back office processing for different companies for their shares, Fixed Deposits etc. Also a back office processing for Mutual Fund companies to carry out their daily transactions. Have carried out multiple projects at Tata. Below is the summary of few key projects. During my tenure, mainly worked on Oracle technology like Sql, Pl/Sql, Shell Scripts, Forms, Reports, SAS Data warehousing.
