- Gave tours of the University, pointed out numerous information, history, and key facts- Provided guests with transportation; obtained requirements for the University’s approved drivers list- Worked and proficient with Excel and MyWWU, the University’s online database- Arranged appointments for prospective students through written and oral communication with various departments, academic advisement, financial services, residence halls, and admissions

- Arranged weekly activities for the residents, assisted with any residents’ needs, answered phones- Responsible for locking up after hours, gave tours to prospective residents’ and their families

- Welcomed the residents, enforced dormitory rules and regulations, answered phones- Responsible for resident’s safety: locked doors, set alarms, made sure all the residents were accounted for
