Develop program operating standards and procedures for new processes and continuously updates them as agency standards and policies change.--Provide guidance, coordination and continuity to all activities involving volunteers. Proactively meet and communicate with staff, volunteers, and partners regarding progress, opportunities, and needs related to the volunteer program. --Conduct volunteer orientations and training, presentations for individuals, groups, and organizations. Develop and conduct staff training for working with volunteers. Conduct surveys to gather information about staff, volunteer and visitor satisfaction with the volunteer program.
