• Developing the ISC Quality Strategy and influencing the Global 2025 roadmap.• Driving continuous improvement at all levels on our production sites and at our suppliers, as well as procurement and other areas of the business, to achieve the targets for Excellence in Quality.• Reviewed the 3rd Party Reworker quality standards, clarified Diageo’s expectations on quality and rolled out training to reworkers & project managers to improve & standardise the Gift packaging programme management for F20.

Menstrie

• Commercialised new to world spirits which includes blending gold standard liquids and establishing specifications against which the sites will measure production samples.• Worked closely with the global development team during the initial stages of a new project. Identified liquid, ingredient and process risks and put mitigations in place. As timeline was tight, this also involved engaging with suppliers and production sites to ensure information was provided in a timely manner while managing stakeholder expectations.

- Successfully complete projects from literature search, through laboratory method development and validation to pilot plant scale for adaptation to commercial distillery scale- Observe data trends, adjusting parameters as needed on semi-manual mashing, fermentation and distillation equipment, collect relevant data and interpret results using Microsoft Excel- Schedule work load into pilot plant calendar and adjust it according to changing priorities. Ensure project requirements for time and resources were met.- Assist in Health & Safety inspections.
