Taught art lessons (painting) at Fort Worth’s premier interactive painting studio. I also assist on occasion as a host to other artist/instructors. I do this mostly for the love of art and sharing our passion with others. We hosted Open Painting, Team Building events, private events as well as on-site events. We are a recurring vendor at Fort Worth’s Main Street Art Festival. Provided high-level administrative support to Vice President of Purchasing, North America & Canada.Maintain the Purchasing group site within our intranet.Upload current vendor contracts on the intranet for US and Canada contracts. Train Directors and Managers globally on use of the Contract Management System.Review and allocate receipts for 7 Corporate Purchasing Managers for business travel and expenses. Generate reports to support managers regarding contracts, pricing for coal, and Spare Parts Inventory.Administrator for Corporate Executive Level drivers, order (and build out vehicles with Director) for the Fleet, billing for Fleet.Verify Purchasing departments spend invoices and prepare for accounts payable.Set up new accounts for employees and assist departmental administrators for our travel programs.

Oversee the P-Card program and Accounts Payable for Corporate.Maintain, verify and issue purchase cards for Corporate cardholders.Receive and review monthly reports for accuracy, discrepancies and ensure charges are legitimate business expenses.Verify accounting codes are classified properly; reconcile Purchase Card bank statement for G/L upload and payment through ACH.Receive invoices for payment, verify coding and obtain manager approval and supporting document for processing.Review and code AP invoices within CIS to corresponding GL accounts.Send documentation and backup for inter-company charges to various departments.Make bank deposits.Review, verify and input wire payments and release ACH payments as needed for Corporate and various departments.Send out daily, weekly and monthly cash reports of sweeps/funding to divisions.

Assist office staff and production of day-to-day operations and customer service.Invoice Accounts Receivable; assist in posting of such accounts.Review and send Customer Statements.Purchase, enter, cost and revise inventory from numerous vendors.Support Office Manager with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Deposits.

Facilitate traffic citations and warnings to corresponding Justice of The Peace jurisdictions.911 Dispatcher – Communications Division 06/1995 to 09/1998Promoted to 911, was the first dispatcher to attain certification as a trainer and Supervising Lead Dispatcher.Train new dispatchers, Acting Supervisor when Sergeant was unavailable.Dispatch and maintain activity for patrol, warrant, extradition and jail units in the field.Answer 911 PBX phone lines and route incoming calls throughout the Sheriff’s Department.Warrant Entry Clerk - Communications Division 03/1992 to 06/1995Learn basics of departmental functions; give support to 911 dispatchers and warrant officers.Train new warrant clerks.Run criminal history backgrounds for state and national database (TCIC & NCIC).Verify warrant information for accuracy and active status from the issuing courtEnter, update and/or cancel warrants for arrest.Confirm outstanding Tarrant County warrants for other apprehending agencies
