Within the world's largest student organization AIESEC I have delivered many trainings and team planning days especially concerning the topics of leadership, soft skills, communication, value sessions, project as well as team management, intercultural competencies, strategic planning and team building.

As a consultant in our Organizational Development Team I was responsible for advising and coaching five Local Committee Presidents of AIESEC Germany in order to develop and sustain growth within their chapters. In addition to that I was responsible for the selection, education and coordination of trainers facilitating the bi-yearly team planning days.

As Local Committee President of AIESEC Hannover my main responsibilities included:- leading our Local Committee with 35 members- leading and developing our Executive Board with 7 members- overall strategic responsibility, planning and management of local activities on the basis of the national strategy- external representation of the Local Committee, taking care of the local board of advisors and supporters (consisting of various companies, representatives of regional businesses and universities, building and strengthening of university contacts)- representing the Local Committee in the national and international AIESEC network- annual reporting on the activities of the Local Commitee to the National Commitee.

As an intern in the Digital Dialogue Team I gained a lot of experience in strategic and operative social media activities and designing concepts for clients. We worked for several different clients including a big chemical company, an engineering company as well as an NGO and managed very diverse projects.

As VP Communications I was responsible for the internal as well as external communication of our local chapter AIESEC Hannover. My main tasks included:- leading and developing the Communications Team of 6 people- developing a fitting communication strategy for our local chapter based on the national strategy- employer branding and the positioning of our organization on campus- recruiting new organization members and interested students to go abroad- managing the internal communication and publishing a weekly newsletter- managing relevant social media channels
