• Determine the execution of the recruiting processes from sourcing to hiring. • Conducts the day-to-day recruiting and placement activities for Clients, in accordance with operational standards. • Gathers information regarding client environment/platform, culture, etc., to ensure proper candidate suitability• Maintains databases in order to capture candidate/prospect information, recruiting activity, placement information, etc. • Consult with business and functional leaders to define competencies for specific roles.• Keeps abreast of general trends in technology as well as that specific to clients• Responsible for recruiting IT & Engineering professional through Internet job boards (Naukri, Monster, Career Builder etc.), direct phone-sourcing, Social Networking sites – LinkedIn, Referrals and Internet Sourcing.• Responsible for applicant relationship, sourcing, screening, qualifying, cold calling, co-ordination of interviews, co-ordination of feedback, effective client management and the offer process.• Tracking of candidates through Centralized system called Resource Tracking System (RTS)• Conducts searches for candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to: internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, referrals, user/technical groups.• Attention to detail, IT requirement & training for the team members and Conducted recruiter meetings to share new ideas all across the team.• Formatting resumes tailored to the client’s corporate branding or specification.• Successfully negotiated salaries and pay rate to drag the margin levels in company’s requirements • Worked on various requirement field of technologies – Java, .Net, System Admin (Linux, Unix, Windows), VM Ware, QA, Testing, BA, Project/Program Manager.
