In the current role, I work as a support specialist for University faculty, staff, students, and external customers, responsible for resolving incidents, fulfilling standard IT requests. I interact with customers using IT Service Management (ITSM) tool to manage incidents, take requests, manage access, and monitor events and alerts. I also monitor NIU and NIUNet systems, applications and the enterprise-wide infrastructure.
