-Identify and develop specific recruiting strategies to build an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the company’s hiring needs at all times-Develop ingenious and cost-effective sourcing strategies-Manage full cycle talent acquisition process which include identifying, screening, reviewing prospective candidates, presenting the ‘best talent’ to hiring managers, managing the offer process (reference checks, compensation fitment, negotiation & disbursement of offer letters) and joining of the hired candidate. -Create a monthly dashboard to showcase cost per hire, background verification status, recruitment budget analysis and other HR reports.-Create and maintain Job Descriptions as per company standards-Run the separation process from end to end which includes conducting exit interviews for purposes of identifying trends and patterns, and make recommendations to improve employee engagement and retention levels.-Manage the employee and employer relationship through communicating any HR updates to the employees. Act as a point of contact for employees; handling all employee relation issues and assisting in counselling to resolve issues.
