I am one of those people who passionately believes that good design can catalyze a better world. In this world, people and their communities feel empowered. Their condition is improved and lives are somewhat better. Maybe even more meaningful. Good design brings joy and generates lasting memories. As a designer and strategist, I lead organizations through a human-centered design process to create products and services that resonate with people’s values and their contexts. My approach to design involves staying curious and asking questions to recognize needs and predict futures, being inspired by the world and tinkering obsessively.
