Technical Due Diligence - investigation of current property status: building technology status verification, structural building survey, energy consumption survey, backlog maintenance and life-cycle review to forecast ongoing costs, legal appraisal, photo passport and punch list, evaluation and suggestion of potential future building modifications and upgrades

Credit Portfolio: - real estate projects - investment or mortgage loans up to 50 M CZK - credit portfolio of Private Banking - personal loans, mortgage loans, investment loans, bank guarantees, products of financial markets, lombard loans - with no limit Responsibilities: - management of 5 member analysts team- preparation of indicative offers, preparation of the credit analyses, risk assessment of the business opportunities, negotiations with BP and CRA underwriter, preparation of the contractual documentation, annual renewals, specific requests, monitoring reports

Projects: over the sectors of infrastructure, building constructions, water structuresResponsibilities: - preparation of the annual budget over all projects under construction or planned, budget estimate and update, control of the current status of the projects and their compliance with the budget - reporting of the reached financials in the IFRS standards to the Board and to the mother company in the Netherlands- monitoring of the actual cash flow and preparation of the estimates- financial analyses of the planned projects and the risk assessment

Responsibilities: negotiation of loan conditions with the Client from the very beginning, indicative offers, credit file preparation including financial analysis (negotiation with the Client, CRA, BP, internal or external valuers), binding offers + additional bank products as mortgages, hedging etc., loan documentation preparation in cooperation with legal department, check of conditions precedent to the 1st drawing, check of the following drawing relevant to the construction process and updated sales, overall project monitoring, follow up of Czech real estate market, financial and legal training
