Adding to the tasks in the previous position, I implemented initiatives aligned with FabricAID’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy. This involved partnering with work psychologists to ensure the well-being of employees and to enhance work-life balance. I oversaw the development and execution of internal training programs covering several topics, including communication skills, fair working conditions, problem-solving, conflict resolution, women's rights, health and safety. Last but not least I've contributed to the pursuit of ISO certification.

Joined FabricAID in June 2020 and supported in growing the team from 16 to 95 members. I enjoyed creating and overseeing HR strategies put in place. I managed staffing, assessed professional development, and organized trainings with department heads. furthermore, I worked to keep a positive culture by addressing concerns and fostering good relations between management and employees. Last but not least, I’ve managed staff performance and ensured timely completion of the 360-degree evaluations to be able to update job descriptions for all staff and keep the organizational chart up to date. I am very excited to continue contributing to FabricAID's success and grow together.

Contributed to the organization through two key initiatives. Firstly, taking part in the restructuring of teams, working with stakeholders to merge positions and improve operational efficiency. Secondly in enhancing organizational effectiveness by updating and refining HR policies and procedures across departments. This included creating a new salary scale, using BambooHR platform, and shifting to ERP system. These efforts aimed to create a more streamlined organizational structure while upholding high standards in HR practices.

Played a vital role in reviewing and improving HR policies and practices, identifying challenges in HR systems, and ensuring compliance with Lebanese Labor Law. My responsibilities included managing the recruitment of national staff, overseeing performance management, updating job descriptions, and ensuring an effective onboarding orientation program. I was actively involved in supporting staff in personal and career development plans. Additionally, I coordinate with ANERA Headquarters HR Working Group, ensuring overall compliance with ANERA's mission, vision, rules, regulations, and Lebanon Labor Law.

I have Elevated the brand image through internal and external communication, fostering connections with sponsors, participants, trainers, and partners. I enjoyed planning the opening and closing ceremonies of the program and most importantly generating comprehensive reports on CSR activities and programs, contributing valuable insights to the development of outreach strategies.
