    The US SPS Function consists of 8 Sub functions namely.MDF / MDI: Final Adjustment in settled trade due to factor and coupon change through SPO charges / Wire Transfer.Pre-Settlements: The Pre-Settlement team basically ensures that all trades settled smoothly on their settlement date.SPV: The Function basically stands for Special Purpose Vehicle wherein the team takes care of making Payments to small investors and ensures they receive their coupon payments on a timely basis.Syndicate Ops: This is basically a function wherein a group of the banks come together to Finance huge Loans wherein we act as lead bank and pool-in the money post which we make payments based on Individual Bank's contribution.Fed Cash Wire: This function is dealing with the reprising of Bonds/Securities on a daily basis and it resulted in wire payments or receipt of fundsCash Management: The function of this team is to Process Payments and re-conciliation of receipts and payments on a daily basis.Customer Exception: The team processes payments on settlement dates of Fixed Income Securities.Key Deliverables:Ensure Client Satisfaction and actively engage in relationship Management with the onshore counterparts and Mumbai counterparts.Handle escalations and difficult client issues.Created a variety of Question Banks, Presentations and Templates on various trainings and related activities.Conduct appraisals and provide feedback on past performance on a bi-annual basis for the team assigned.Providing support to team members for creating & achieving CDP.Reviewing and documenting the performance of all the team members on monthly basis.Conducting Quality & Assurance for all the process and maintaining PRB and ORB on monthly basis.Process improvisation and driving Lean and Kaizen methodologies across the Business.
