I worked on issues related to Permanent Establishment, Source base taxation of income such as Royalty and Fee for Technical Services (FTS) and I have significant experience in the area of Inbound Expatriates and Cross Border Tax Advisory from a Tax and Regulatory perspective. I have done extensive representations at assessment and appellate level on the issues of Permanent Establishment, Expatriates Taxation, Transfer Pricing and Taxation on the basis of Source Rule for several Corporate Entities and Individual expatriates.I have been associated with big consulting firms and earned good knowledge / experience in the area of Direct Tax by assisting / advising large Multinational Enterprises and Indian Enterprises in my professional career.I am a qualified Chartered Accountant of India and holds degree of Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) from Delhi University, India.
