Jan is an experienced executive coach, trainer and leadership development expert. She designs and delivers creative training programmes and has a proven track record in accelerating the leadership performance of male and female managers. She works closely with organisations to help them build a more inclusive culture and has been shortlisted for the CIPD Best Inclusion and Diversity award 2022.She works with individuals to help them step into the role of leader or manager with confidence, quickly owning the role in an authentic way.
