About Jana Šišková
I am pharmacist who decided to move from the world of pharmaceuticals to the world of IT. After a semester of studying statistics during my pharmacy studies, processing data for my thesis, and gaining insights into scientific research, I realized the potential of data. Gradually, I immersed myself in the field of IT through courses on the Codecademy platform. I dedicated months of my free time to coding in Python, SQL, and visualizations in Tableau.I completed an intensive three-month course, the Digitální akademie: Data, with Czechitas, covering 300 hours. Here, I have deepened my knowledge of Python and SQL while learning additional skills such as Power BI and working with databases in Azure.These courses have convinced me that programming and data analysis are my passions, and I aspire to continue developing in these areas. The IT field is where I want to grow and improve, and I am excited about the opportunities it presents for my future.
