Beginning in the NYC office as a freelance Senior Account Coordinator and Event Producer, I managed grassroots marketing initiatives and partnerships for Walk the Walk America to produce Moonwalk NYC 2014, an overnight marathon through the heart of NYC that raised funds for breast cancer research. My team’s challenge was taking this successful UK brand, and translating to an American audience in a highly saturated market. The results led to awarding the agency with another year of production in the US. Leveraging my history in CPG, I acted as the dedicated event producer on Mary Kay’s cross country Beauty 101 college campus tour in 2014, partnering with Seventeen & Cosmopolitan magazine to raise awareness of domestic violence and provide product sampling and social sharing through mini makeovers in key college campuses across the US.In 2015, I was challenged with producing 4 of 13 indoor fundraising events for Cycle for Survival, helping raise $15 million dollars for rare cancer research. In the markets of LA, Dallas, D.C. and NYC, I coordinated and executed an overnight space transformation of Equinox gyms to produce this indoor cycling event, from signage production and layout, to staffing to city permitting and on site staff management and execution for a high profile target demographic. In 2016 & 2017, I took lead as the onsite event producer for Audi’s sponsorship of the BNP Paribas, managing a team of product specialists to engage with a high profile target demographic and hospitality program aimed at integrating Audi as the leader in the automotive industry.
