Athletics Administrative Assistant And Office Manager
Current- Administrative and personal assistant to the Director of Athletics
- Manage a department of 11 coaches, 20 assistant coaches and office staff for 11 teams including hiring, training, and motivating workers
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls including reserving facilities, developing agendas, communicating with attendees, tracking RSVPs, taking minutes and tracking action items
- Liaison and public relations representative to vendors, visiting teams, referees, donors, faculty, administration and university departments
- Represent Athletic Department and our facilities at university wide scheduling and finance meetings
- Coordinate admissions, housing, and scholarships for student athletes
