I started with Pretzels, Inc as they expanded production to NE Kansas. The Lawrence, KS facility opened in August 2021. We hired 70 people to start the first two lines. In December 2021 Pretzels was aquired by Hershey's. I'm looking forward to partnering with Hershey's to bring in the best of both organizations to grow and support our employees. I trained the City of Lawrence managers on Social Media in the workplace. We focused on what is social media, how to respond to posts by employees, and recruiting best practices.

I am responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle from advertising to first day of employment for all faculty and staff (regular and temporary).
