As a professional manager, strategic advisor, coach and facilitator with over 15 years of experience in both the (inter)national commercial as non-profit sector, I combine the best of all worlds in my work approach. With a genuine interest in people, culture and growth, I have developed and managed international and national (change) projects, processes and teams, and advised on a broad range of topics within the social (e.g. ethics / integrity / diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging), people & culture (well-being, psychological and social safety), governance and legal domain (both in-house and as external consultant). In addition to this I have extensive internal and external (individual and group) coaching and facilitation experience.
