With over 15 years in administration, I bring a love of learning and business to manage expectations, goals and programs to serve the business and people with/for whom I work. My curiosity led to many certifications appropriate for Public Safety general knowledge: Public Transportation Safety Certification Training Program (PTSCTP/TSSP Rail), Emergency Management Basic Academy, Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) and leadership development. It also led to development of strengths in stakeholder management, leadership, internal/external and agency customer focus, and subject matter expertise in many roles.
