As an individual contributor, the Finance lead partners closely with the operations and executive teams to drive financial planning, forecasting, growth and the overall health of the business in a smart, sustainable, and accurate way.• Developing and providing commercial financial analysis by delivering data-driven insights for KPIs and revenue/expense targets to aid decision-making company-wide.• Planning and maintaining ongoing financial models to review for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting including variance, budget-to-actual and prior year results analysis for both internal and external reporting. Utilizing collaborative tools to track profit and loss, long-range operating plans, and rolling forecasts, including all components of the income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows.• Formulating immediate- and long-term financial strategy, particularly GTM. Working closely with leadership to forecast expenses, project growth, and monitor market and competitor trends to deliver actionable insights.• Identifying cost-saving opportunities.
