Deputy Support Manager

As Deputy Support Manager for Affinity Trust, I assist with the day-to-day operations of our supported living services in Bristol. I help to manage a team of 30+ Support Workers across multiple locations who support people with varying complex needs including learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder and mental health problems. I also co-ordinate inductions for new staff, deliver specialist training, liaise with multidisciplinary professionals, assist in safeguarding management and help to maintain regulatory compliance within our services.
