Prior to joining Isodiol, I was tasked with presiding over a 10-member team in a high-volume call center at a leading CBD wholesaler and held concurrent responsibilities for spearheading continuous improvement initiatives, coordinating annual meetings with 50+ presenters and thousands of attendees, and providing administrative support to the senior leadership team.I guided our team to complete 12K+ support tickets each week with a first ticket resolution rate of 85%+ and maintain high rates of customer satisfaction and retention by training the team to rapidly resolve complex issues and consistently provide exceptional service. An additional claim to fame was creating 60+ email templates and FAQs used to expedite issue resolution resulting in a 40% reduction in support ticket creation.I placed significant focus on continually improving the performances of all team members through detailed evaluations leading to the promotions of two Customer Service Representatives to more senior-level roles.
