• Served as press contact for The Public’s artistic programs, including the Mobile Unit (The Tempest, Measure for Measure, Summer of Joy), Under the Radar Festival, Public Forum, Public Shakespeare Initiative, Emerging Writers Group, Public Studio, and Watch Me Work. Additionally served as press lead on select mainstage and digital productions, such as Mojada, A Thousand Ways, and shadow/land.• Supported Director of PR and team on all mainstage shows, Free Shakespeare in the Park, digital productions, and institutional campaigns. Assisted on shows including Merry Wives, Much Ado About Nothing, and Public Works' Hercules at The Delacorte; For Colored Girls..., Coal Country, Soft Power, and A Bright Room Called Day at The Public; digital premieres of What Do We Need to Talk About? and The Line; and the 2021 reopening of Free Shakespeare in the Park. • Created and executed media plans; pitched coverage, scheduled interviews, and secured press in local, national, and international outlets.• Managed ticketing process for 200+ press attendees for 15+ shows per season, opening night invitations, and house seats.• Composed frequent press releases and other press materials; proofed all press materials, Playbills, and marketing materials.• Developed and maintained robust and diverse press lists; tracked press coverage, distributed to key stakeholders, and created reports.• Coordinated opening nights, press performances, photo calls, and b-roll shoots; served as press representative at annual gala, awards events, interviews, and photoshoots.• Responded to general media and archival requests; updated press room; managed physical and digital archives containing 60+ years of Public Theater history.
