In 2013 I joined the family business providing graphic design and project management support for the Fairfield, Ohio Fast Signs franchise. I design and manage sign projects for interior, exterior, corporate, retail and small businesses signage needs. Clients include P & G, Cintas, McCluskey Automotive, Performance Toyota, Ray St. Clair Roofing, multiple school districts, churches and more. I also assist with estimating, production and installation as needed.

Oversaw marketing functions including marketing collateral development, event planning, website maintenance, email marketing, advertising, public relations, social media, and marketing planning/budgeting for 80-attorney law firm. - Completed website redesign that included a new interactive home page and social media capabilities- Managed over 40 yearly business development events (industry group seminars, open houses, and social gatherings in-house and offsite) - Worked with committee to implement social media platform increasing online presence and enhancing recruitment efforts- Reduced marketing costs by using online printers and in-house photography- Identified need, created, and implemented college intern program to assist with administrative functions and develop future candidate employees- Completed Graydon Head rebranding project that was underway when I joined the firm

Managed marketing department and assisted vice president of marketing with department marketing plans and budgets for 120-employee construction company. Created marketing materials including marketing collateral, internal company newsletter, print advertisements, broadcast emails, trade show displays and project signs. Oversaw planning of company events and provided public relations support. - Coordinated the planning, budgeting, design and logistics for $100,000 retail sign for Fort Mitchell station that involved a variance approval from the Northern Kentucky Planning Commission - Oversaw and worked with marketing team to put together a successful promotional event for a company-owned Chicago-area retail center that resulted in increased sales and visibility for the center’s retail tenants- Served on company “green committee” and helped establish recycling programs, wrote green policies for employee handbook, and trained employees on LEED certification guidelines
