Jan Bartkowiak is the President and Founder of Econverse, an NGO fostering entrepreneurial skills among Polish high schoolers and university students through a series of startup simulations.Since debuting at the National Stadium in Warsaw in 2022, Econverse supported over 4,000 teens, gaining the backing of leading experts and organizations, including Poland’s National Development Bank, Orange, Google for Startups, and Baker McKenzie. For his impact in the Future of Work and Education, Jan became a Rafal Brzoska Foundation Scholar. He was also recognised as a Transcend Network Fellow, and spoke at Said Business School Oxford University, the European Economic Congress in Katowice, and ImpactCEE 2024 in Poznan. He also represented Econverse during the UN Youth ECOSOC Forum 2024 in New York, and Econverse was selected Laureate of the Emerging Europe Awards 2023. Jan also co-founded and runs AI Consensus, a student-led organization from Minerva University, focused on how AI can supplement learning, project work, and extracurricular development. AI Consensus is one of the laureates of the Responsible Youth Technology Power Fund, backed by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Archewell. It hosted discussion events and hackathons in Hyderabad, San Francisco, and London, with experts from Samsung, Wolfram Alpha, and Google DeepMind, and was featured in Nature.Rising Senior at Minerva University, studying in 7 global cities over 4 years (San Francisco, Seoul, Taipei, Hyderabad, Berlin, Buenos Aires, and London).
