As the Head of Group HR, my role is to oversee and manage the human resources function within the organization. I’m responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. My main focus is on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, as well as ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees. Additionally,I’m in charge of overseeing recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, and performance management. My role is crucial in driving organizational success by effectively managing the company's most valuable asset: its people.
