My educational background is as a BA graduate from the Royal Academy of Visual Arts in The Hague, majoring in Applied Photography.Before moving into game development, I worked as a creative producing visuals for marketing and advertisement.I have worked as a creative at Guerrilla Games in the roles of Lead Technical Artist and Lead Artist on Killzone, a PS2 Game published by Sony Computer Entertainment.After the release of Killzone in 2004, I directed the trailer for Killzone 2, which became one of the most succesfull and effective trailers and was critical in the succesful announcement of the Playstation 3 platform.I've held the position of Game Director during the pre-production of Killzone 2 for Playstation 3. My current role on that project is that of Art and Animation Director.

The core concept of this tool has been given to some of Guerrilla's partners and has evolved into similar software produced by Havok and NaturalMotion. -
