Over the last 30 years I have successfully delivered 200 complex physical security projects worth $1 billion. Working on four continents I have architected, project managed and delivered complex and critical security solutions for Airports, Prisons, Nuclear Power Stations and Government Facilities.My extensive experience as a Solutions Architect and Crisis Manager make me “unique” in this industry.IP security projects designed by me protect a quarter of a billion people each year. After I built and sold Europe’s largest security distribution business in 2004 I was asked if it was feasible to implement a critical IP Surveillance system at Prague Airport. Over the next five years I personally oversaw five other airports including Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai, Frankfurt, Singapore and Abu Dhabi, larger-scale city surveillance projects including Jakarta, Singapore and Prague. Mission-critical surveillance projects for prisons, border security and high risk zones, like Port Harcourt, Nigeria. And 37 projects, in various stages, for the Saudi Government. I am fascinated to discover new ways of working with BIM, Digital Twins and Generative Designs. Specifically–is it possible to create digital models of Physical Security projects that capture and retain customer intent throughout the entire lifecycle (requirements, design, implementation, operation)?
