• Co-lead a turnaround of the Carlton Savoy Complex• Worked-out the asset jointly with the financing bank, helped re-structure the long term facility agreement and contributed to significantly over-performing the target value recovery of a distressed asset and loan for the stakeholders• Set-up institutional reporting, supported re-negotiation of an international hotel operator management agreement • Achieved prime yield sale of a non-core part of the complex • Oversaw completion of shell and core development of 3,500 sqm extension of the Complex amidst a distressed market, as well as an extensive building and tenant improvement capex program • Co-designed and co-lead a successful disposal process of the Complex to a private group of investors • Transition managed the Complex along with the new investors

• Significantly contributed to the growth of the Slovak real estate portfolio from €14 million to €150+ million managed by Bifrost Investment Group, including the Carlton Complex; Bratislava River Center; and BTS Cargo & Hangar Services at the Bratislava Airport• Managed all major acquisitions and disposals conducted by the Group, including investment evaluation, transaction management and counterparty negotiations• Led implementation of all major business strategies and actively participated in designing them• Actively co-managed and co-led the operations of the investments in the portfolio managed, including in particular overseeing the real estate operations, including tenant negotiations, property and facility management, as well as property development projects• Actively participated in financing, refinancing and finance restructuring of the investments, including commercial negotiations with financiers, contractual documentation negotiation and management, covenants management and reporting• Led and managed the process of corporate reorganization, managed the local team (up to 20 staff)
