Over the past twenty-five years I have worked in IT industry as a Business Department Team Leader, Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, Project Manager and a Customer Service Representative. The most successful project in my career has been Court management project (IT system for law enforcement authorities) aimed at random assignment of judges for the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic. In my career I have communicated successfully with more than 1,500 customer contacts from private and public sector and built good long-term business relationships lasting until today. I have developed excellent people skills and great ability to understand the customers' needs. In my sales career, I have gained a lot of experience with sales of complex IT system solutions (ERP system) and related products (DMS, CRM, BPM, customer-oriented complex IT systems etc.). In the role of a Project Manager I have participated in acquiring and successful implementation of projects within Phare program. This project was managed via subcontractor IBM Belgium for the client Prison and Court Guard of the Slovak Republic (duration: 11/2003 - 12/2014, revenue: 3,748,000 €). As a Crisis Project Manager I worked on resolving and delivery of customer-oriented critical IT system for Pension funds in the Czech Republic.Currently I'm glad to be part of SAP community - the most successful commercial IT company in the world.
