Experienced HR consultant with a sound expertise in the broader reward and organisation domain: compensation, benefits, job (-family) design, grading (various methods), organisational development, M&A -due dilligence, restructurings, employee relations etc.Synthetron: Apart from these "classic" HR fields, I'm also active in the field of crowd-sourcing and collaborative approaches. This is a fairly new field and way of approaching (organisational) issues, but it is (in my view) the way forward for organisations to engage with their work force and broader stakeholders in this era of social media and direct interaction.

After the formal closing of the acquisition by Abbott (Feb 2010) I managed/ coordinated various types of integration activities in the C&B-field: planning & costing of restructurings, grading & titles alignment, compensation planning- & incentives programmes alignment,benefits integration and expatriation transition into the various Abbott policies and -structures.
