I am a trainer, facilitator and coach with 25 years' experience working with individuals and groups. The main focus of my work is with managers and those who supervise and support staff, using a range of skills like coaching, reflective practice and critical thinking. I often use Action Learning Sets as a format for learning; I also offer 1:1 coaching. For those new to Action Learning, it's a method for learning critical inquiry and questioning in small groups of peers. Learning is rapid and enjoyable, developing skills of: learning to organise thinking, awareness of impact and assumptions, giving feedback, honing judgment and intuition, working with others, valuing difference. Working in the Set helps people to understand their own relationship to a problem and discover new perspectives and insights.
