• Perform presentations and workshops on varies analytics tools within the prospect/customer environment • Be an evangelist in the execution of the Seeing is Believing (SiB) event for all new customers and act as a product evangelist on all deals• Analyze customer requirements and develop robust commercial proposals of the technical solution• Oversee, lead and manage all prospective client engagements and projects from a technical standpoint• Understand our customers’ pains and translate those into viable solutions for the business maximizing potential to sell • Prepare RFPs, RFIs and all other business and technical enquiries • Liaise and partner very closely with the sales organization to support deal success within the market segment • Maintain a solid technical understanding of varies analytics tools in conjunction with business benefits and unique business proposition • Be responsible for the quality and success of technical presales activity within the customer environment • Manage the balance between customer expectations and delivering projects while being responsive to Velocity needs • Manage and own all technical issues that may arise during the buying cycle
