Initially only lost 3 bulk customers out of in excess of 500.• In Q3 2012 I over achieved sales target whilst still supporting DGS customers and Elland enquiries regarding DGS customers. And managed DGS renewals under Calor Contracts upon expiry. In my first quarter secured a large metered estate. New tank installations. Majority of new business is self generated. Saved ex DGS large metered estate Calor contracts. Secured renewals/COO’s.• Q4 2012 over achieved target of new business, renewals/COO’s (to include Calor high user renewals)• Q1 2013 was my first quarter with a boiler target following training where I once again achieved target for boilers and to a lead by secured X new installations. Over achieved new business target (predominantly self generated).
