I am responsible for the systems and processes within the Studio, Account Management and Production teams. Daily tasks encompass everything that it takes to track and control the process of a job and the people involved from inception to completion.My day to day operational tasks include:Scoping jobs with ECD and Head of Traffic and generate accurate costs estimates based on the hours estimated by teams.Ensure teams are tracking time accurately and not exceeding hours quoted on jobs.Manage 3rd party suppliers and freelancers. (Manage recording of radio ads, print production and photography shoots.)Raise and manage supplier PO’s and ensure timely payments of all suppliersLead all WIP meetings and manage recon reports on every job.Billings: Track monthly billings and ensure we are on par with forecasted billings for the month.My day to day people support tasks include:Manage on-boarding and exits: Ensure sign-up and exit administration, process and documentation is managed. This process includes staff welcome packs, sign-up forms, desk preparations, computer and stationary)Platform Management: Ensure that all systems and platforms are updated. Systems include; Chase/Magnetic, Names & Faces, Hi 5Leave Management: Collate all leave forms and submit to HROn the ground go-to support for any people/ admin requirements from staff - escalate to relevant people to help solve and manage
