About Janco Yspeert

I have 5 years experience in fullstack nodeJs development (backend focused). My work has also involved AWS, cloud applications,. dev-ops, test driven development, react + redux , mongodb and micro-services architecture. In my last position, our largest projects were:* Developing an internal sales platform for MasterParts (a large car parts retailer in SA)* Developing the Xago exchange (a ripple/XRP to local currencies exchange)* Developing and maintaining the happner-suite, a nodeJS pub-sub and RPC framework, that is used by some SMC and safety io products.I am also comfortable and have some experience working in typescript.I have about 4 years experience working in Python in an academic setting. I am always open to and interested in learning new languages and technology. I have basic skills in and understanding of C++, C#, Java, and SQL database management. I have studied mathematics for 4 years, and Computer Science for 3 years, and done successful freelance projects in mathematical and statistical modelling, as well as work in data analysis.
