Not just based on the first initial sale but try after-sales service.I will take you on a journey from the very start to after-sales care and even helping choose the right ingredients to use in the machines, for the best possible experience. When I’ve not got my head in coffee machines, in my spare time I love to follow motorsport in particular F1 and Motogp. 🏎️I was brought up Drag Racing would you believe, with my brothers participating and in later years I ran a team with my hubby racing as Santa Pod as well as other tracks. My hubby and I also have a classic car, a Triumph Stag and often will go to car shows and country fairs. Cortile Coffee was built on machine servicing along with the retail side of the business. The Service Side of the business has grown extensively with the manufacturers such as Jura - Fracino - Victoria Arduino making Cortile Coffee their Preferred Service Providers, for servicing and installations. Richard Metcalf saw an opening for Sales, not just for Coffee Machines but for Water Coolers - Ovens - Dishwashers - Ice Machines and more.
