•Evaluate training materials and maintain up-to-date training information from Franchise and corporate sources•Coordinate, schedule, and conduct initial training for new hires•Provide support for all franchise office locations and assist in daily operational needs•Organize and develop training procedure manuals and materials, PowerPoint Presentations and job aids•Identify and assess individual training needs by meeting with Supervisors, Managers, and Executive Management•Evaluate training effectiveness and develop alternative training methods if desired results are not seen•Ensure that all franchise locations remain compliant with Manpower’s ISO 9001:2000 registry•Develop specialized trainings for safety and accident prevention and conduct workshops •Maintain training completion records and ensure staff has complete the required training courses in a timely manner•Travel to franchise markets for on-site training and/or to assist in daily business operations•Create new and modify existing daily operational Franchise forms•Create and distribute weekly and/or monthly tips/job aids •Coach staff members on job related issues: attendance, tardiness, attentiveness during class, dress code, etc.•Compile, create, and distribute Franchise Newsletter•Create promotional materials (flyers, tear off sheets, signs etc.) for marketing and recruiting purposes•Perform operational audits when visiting Franchise locations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures•Determine required continuing education for staff and monitor progress•Place orders for office supplies from competitive vendors and corporate preferred vendors•Work with Executive Management to handle sensitive and confidential employee situations•Create statistical reports using charts, graphs and Pivot Tables to track client onboarding and early ends•Process invoices and billings for non-hourly charges; work with office staff to receive information in a timely manner
